Tasting Notes

The museum release Satyr Reserve Red has been aged in the Evoi cellars for five years; putting it in peak form now, and for years to come. It displays the potential of Right-Bank Bordeaux style blends from the Margaret River to deliver. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (80%), Petit Verdot (10%), Malbec (5%) and Merlot (5%) has been fermented in French Barriques and bottled without fining and only minimal filtration. An exceptional red.
