Tasting Notes

This full-bodied Shiraz delivers spice, cherry and chocolate on the nose through to a rich palate of dark berries. It's well supported by smooth velvety tannins.

Winemaker Jeremy Gordon sourced fruit from a premium, single vineyard in Frankland River – a region famous for producing wines with fine structure and rich flavour. The result? An award-winning Shiraz, intense in colour, ripe in flavour and elegant in structure.

95 Points James Halliday , Wine Companion

“Matured for 12 months in French oak, it has a scented allspice and Cherry Ripe bouquet, moving smartly to black currant, blackberry and liquorice on the medium to full-bodied palate; it's fruit-driven but there's still room for a wave from the oak, and a salute from the tannins. ”
