Tasting Notes

This seductive old-world styled red fights for your attention with its bouquet of black cherry, quince and dark chocolate.

The grapes are pressed using a traditional basket press with the juice left to rest in fine French oak barrels for 14 months. Grown on McHenry Hohnen’s home block – Hazel’s Vineyard – this Zinfandel is an insatiable wine that is both bright and fresh.
