Greenstone Vineyards 2015 Yarra Valley Chardonnay

Opening with an array of crunchy fresh and riper tropical fruits, the 2015 Yarra Valley Chardonnay is completed by hints of toast and baked pastries. ...

The palate delivers a perfect and full combination of grapefruits, nectarines and cashews. Lees-ageing in oak barrels has added a delicious, creamy element to the wine.

Greenstone’s 2016 Yarra Valley Sauvignon Blanc is a lovely pale straw colour – characteristic of its barrel fermentation.

Greenstone Vineyards 2012 Yarra Valley Methode Traditionelle Sparkling

This sparkling is a beautiful blend of Pinot Noir (53%) and Chardonnay (47%). The fruit was sourced from three different vineyard blocks, each harvest...ed to optimise fruit and acid balance. The palate delivers welcoming crunchy apple, citrus and oyster shell.

In keeping with traditional production methods, this wine was aged for an extended period on lees – 48 months – which adds power to the flavour and creates a creamy, fine, mousse-like finish. read more show less
