Evoi Wines 2014 Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon

Every advantage was afforded to this beautiful full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. This highly rated Cabernet was handpicked, separated into parcels for f...ermentation with manual plunging and pressed into French Barriques. Once the process is finalised and the transformation complete, the wine is laid down for 12 months to rest and develop its structure. Once opened, this wine’s bouquet promises blueberry, plum and fresh tobacco leaf which delivers on the palate. read more show less

Evoi Wines 2013 "The Satyr" Reserve Red

This Cabernet blend reflects the charm of a world renowned French Bordeaux; in style, aroma and taste. Winemaker Nigel Ludlow creates this blend by fe...rmenting Cabernet Sauvignon (80%), Petit Verdot (10%), Malbec (5%) and Merlot (5%) in French Barriques and bottled without fining and minimal filtration. This full-bodied red rewards the palate with velvety tannins, interwoven fruit and savoury notes. One for the cellar. read more show less

“This is an unequivocally imposing wine, still far from its best, but has the requisite balance to absolutely guarantee its long journey to its peak, all of its fruits in the black spectrum, its tattoo of tannins always there.”
