Tasting Notes

Now in its prime, the 2013 Reserve Chardonnay is the pinnacle of Evoi’s Chardonnay range. A super-premium Chardonnay designed to bring out the classic flavours of the region. Fermenting with 80% wild yeast makes this Chardonnay uniquely Margaret River. A bouquet of ripe peach, grapefruit peel with cashews, toast and a subtle hint of flint. Rounded out with a surprisingly long finish; this is complexity at its finest.
