Tasting Notes

Here is a wine that defines the ‘Syrah’ style in Australia. Sourced from the Hilltops region – a small wine region just outside of Young, NSW. The vineyard sits at around 500 meters above sea level with a climate considered ‘continental’. The climate affords the fruit an opportunity to slowly develop its refined and sophisticated palate. More savoury in style with blood plums, spice and a hint of liquorice on the nose.
